1. Soften butter in massive skillet or Dutch oven, add onion and celery, and sauté till onion is clear.
 
2. Place bread cubes, parsley, Bon Appétit, poultry seasoning, and pepper in massive bowl and toss to mix. Add to onion combination and rooster broth and toss to coat bread cubes calmly.
 
3. Stuff loosely into neck and breast cavities of chicken and truss chicken. Instead, place stuffing in casserole, cowl, and bake with turkey or rooster throughout final 45 minutes of cooking.

Variations:
 
Herb Stuffing: Add 1 of following to bread cubes: 2 teaspoons Rubbed Sage, 2 teaspoons Floor Thyme, or 2 teaspoons Floor Marjoram.
 
Chestnut Stuffing: Wash half pound chestnuts and reduce slits on each side of shells. Bake in 500 diploma F oven 15 minutes. Cool. Take away shells and pores and skin from nuts and place nuts in salted water. Cowl and boil 20 minutes. Drain and finely chop. If most well-liked, use canned chestnuts, drained and chopped. Toss with bread cubes.

Granny Shaffer`s Black Walnut Fudge Pie
 
Three eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup darkish corn syrup
half cup cocoa
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Hammons Black Walnuts
10-inch unbaked pie shell
 
Beat eggs barely; add sugar, syrup, cocoa, melted butter and vanilla. Whisk till completely combined. Measure black walnuts into unbaked pie shell; cowl with chocolate combination.
 
Bake one hour at 350 levels. Cool to room temperature.
 
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
 
Makes one 10-inch pie – eight servings

Spiced Vacation Espresso

 
Prep: 5 minutes – Prepared In: 5 minutes
 
1/Three cup MAXWELL HOUSE Espresso, any selection
half tsp. floor cinnamon
1/eight tsp. floor cloves
1/four cup orange marmalade
Three cups chilly water
 
PLACE espresso, cinnamon and cloves in filter in brew basket of espresso maker. Place marmalade in empty pot of espresso maker.
 
PREPARE espresso with chilly water. When brewing is full, stir till nicely combined. Pour into massive cups or mugs.
 
Serve with sugar, if desired.
